One of the reasons I enjoy the Cinch products is they are efficient and allow me to create a quick breakfast (with a vitamin) and know I am taking care of myself in a productive way. Travel is a large part of my business so I also like the satchels to take with me and I also enjoy the Lemon Cranberry bars. I have the bars in every handbag, my suitcase, my car and any place where I might need a quick snack. I have lost over 5 pounds in a short period of time and my jeans are fitting better than ever. I believe the Cinch program combined with a daily exercise program is a great way to look after yourself. It even tastes good!
